We collect account information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, coin balance, payment-related metadata, comments you post, style choices, and basic technical information needed to operate the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

Comments posted to FinalWord may be publicly visible to all users. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

We use information to authenticate users, process coin purchases, display comments, prevent abuse, moderate content, maintain security, and improve the service.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe may process payment details, billing information, fraud signals, and transaction metadata according to its own policies.

Submitted comments may be checked by automated moderation services before publication. Rejected comments may still be processed briefly for safety checks.

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and realtime features; Stripe for payments; and OpenAI for moderation. These providers process data needed to provide those services.

Public comments and related metadata may remain in the Hall of Fame or service records. Account and payment records may be retained as needed for security, legal, accounting, and operational purposes.

Coin purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may contact us to request deletion or review of account-related data, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.
